Terms of Service

SolopreneurTax is a one-time-purchase software tool for tracking business income, expenses, mileage, and receipts, and for generating summary exports for tax preparation purposes. It is a record-keeping and organization tool. It is not tax, legal, or financial advice (see our Tax and Financial Disclaimer).

Your $47 payment grants you a single, non-transferable license to access and use the App for its intended purpose. This is a one-time payment — no recurring subscription fee is charged for continued access to the features included at the time of your purchase. Future major feature additions may be offered separately and are not guaranteed to be included in your original purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any third-party API keys you connect (see our Third-Party AI Disclosure). You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer the App, or to interfere with its normal operation.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including transaction records, mileage logs, and uploaded receipt images. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is stored and handled.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting business@mikegarveyjr.com.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriveOne, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in calculated totals, missed deductions, or tax filing outcomes. You are responsible for verifying all figures before relying on them for tax filing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
